Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro athlete as well as a model. She started competing in fitness contests at the age of 16, after quitting gymnastics in her youth. She was just 17 when she earned her Pro Card. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model as well as a sponsored athlete. She started competing in fitness shows at the age of 16 after quitting her gymnastics training in the early years of her life. At the age of 17 years old, she earned her Pro Card a year after. She became one of the youngest IFBB Pro in history. Ariel took six year off from the stage after earning her Pro Card to complete her studies at college. In 2015, she returned to the stage, and took part at high-level competitions, such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. After winning her first competition in 2009, she continued competing for a number of years setting up new goals. By the end of 2009 she had won four fitness awards. She was also the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champion. This made her most youthful IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) ever. Ariel was able to take 6 years to finish her education following her Pro Card award. Following the IFBB Fitness Pro Card Ariel returned to the sport with a bang in her first competition at the Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. She finished in 3rd place in the competition. She took home the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer of 2016 and was able to qualify for Fitness Olympia. The stage was hers Olympia stage after three months, taking home 6th place in the Fitness Division. Having had zero expectations beforehand Ariel says she was more than proud of her placing. The competition was among the top athletes. Ariel keeps impressing with the best version of her physique each year. Ariel's favorite body part to exercise includes her lower back. The typical back workout for Ariel consists of single-arm lat pulldowns and pullups using machines, as well as bent-over rows. The warm-up phase is typically done first, followed by an actual training. Also Ariel is known to make use of her time in the most efficient way is possible. Her back exercise routine is comprised of 3 or more supersets comprised of between 10 and 12 reps.
